Anxiety is a debilitating mental illness that affects every aspect of daily life. It goes beyond simply worrying about everything, although that is a big part of it. But it also can include horrible self-esteem. There is a voice in the back of your mind that tells you that you’re never enough and never will be. Those that suffer with anxiety can have intrusive, horrible thoughts that are difficult to ignore. You may lie awake at night thinking about the worst possible outcome of every situation. Every little thing is over analyzed. It can be hard to make even the simplest of decisions, such as what to make for dinner.
